Details
- Microwaveable or freezable for hot and cold therapy.
- Machine washable: Remove the grain pack and machine wash & dry the outer case. Do not get the grain pack wet.
- Heat therapy: Place Snuggle on a clean plate inside the microwave. Place half a cup of water inside the microwave while heating. Microwave in 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached, up to a maximum of 1 minute.
- Cool therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least four hours. Snuggles may be stored in the freezer indefinitely until needed.
- Filled with all-natural grains of buckwheat hulls and lavender flowers
