Free return domestic shipping on unused items, in original packaging, for 60 days after the date of delivery. At your request damaged items will be refunded or replaced if in stock.
In the case of replacement due to damage, shipping will be free of charge. If you receive a damaged or defective item that is out of stock, we will issue a full refund including original shipping if any.
When returning an item due to damage during shipment, we ask that you contact us, please include photo of damaged item.
Please allow 7-10 business days for return transit time via USPS or UPS, plus an additional business day upon receipt for return to be processed and refund issued to your account.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To return an item please sign into your account and choose Completed Orders on left, click on Return Item(s), fill in return form and submit.
If item was damaged in shipping, please email photo of damaged item to customerservice@stylishhomeandgifts.com and we will issue refund or replace, if in stock. Please let us know your preference.
If item is not damaged, please include this information in return form and we will email a return label to email address in sale.
SHIPPING:
Orders usually ship in 1 business day unless otherwise stated in the listing. We ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Free shipping is usually by USPS. We do our best to have your item arrive in 2 to 3 business days after the shipping date whenever possible. Larger items, i.e., oversized shipments, may take longer. If you need to rush your order for an event or other occasion, we are happy to offer UPS and Fed Ex 2nd Day and Next Day delivery options at a cost.
