Shipping & Returns

Stylish Home and Gifts offers the following Returns Policy:  We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  Excellent Customer Service is our highest priority; we want you to be pleased with your purchase.

We pay for return domestic shipping on unused items, in original packaging, for 30 days after the date of delivery.  At your request damaged items will be refunded or replaced if in stock.  

In the case of replacement due to damage, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. If you receive a damaged or defective item that is out of stock, we will issue a full refund including original shipping if any.

When returning an item due to damage during shipment, we ask that you contact us, please include photo of damaged item. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for return transit time via USPS or UPS, plus an additional business day upon receipt for return to be processed and refund issued to your account.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:   

To return an item please sign in to your account and choose Completed Orders on left, click on Return Item(s), fill in return form and submit.

If item was damaged in shipping please email photo of damaged item to customerservice@stylishhomeandgifts.com and we will issue refund or replace, if in stock. Please let us know your preference.

If item is not damaged please include this information in return form and we will email a return label to email address in sale.

SHIPPING:

Orders ship in 1 business days, unless otherwise stated in listing. We ship USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. Free Shipping in 1 day is usually by USPS. We do our best to have your item arrive in 2 to 3 business days after shipping date whenever possible. Larger items i.e. oversized, or over 4 pounds and large multiple item shipments will take longer.
