Stylish Home and Gifts offers Free Shipping on Domestic Orders Over the Specified Amount and Free returns on all domestic orders.

Return Policy

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Excellent Customer Service is our highest priority; we want you to be pleased with your purchase.

Items are returnable unused, in original packaging, for any reason for 90 days after delivery. 

We offer free domestic return shipping on unused items in their original packaging for 90 days after delivery. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees, if any, are non-refundable.

At your request, damaged items will be refunded or replaced if they are in stock.
In the case of replacement due to damage, shipping will be free of charge. If you receive a damaged or defective item that is out of stock, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping, if any.

When returning an item due to damage during shipment, we ask that you contact us. Please include a photo of the damaged item.

Please allow 4-7 business days for return transit time via USPS or UPS, plus an additional business day upon receipt for return to be processed and refund issued to your account.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return an item, please sign into your account and choose Completed Orders on the left, click Return Item(s), fill in the return form, and submit.

If the item was damaged in shipping, please email a photo of the damaged item to customerservice@stylishhomeandgifts.com. We will issue a refund or replacement if it is in stock. Please let us know your preference.

If the item is not damaged, please include this information in the return form, and we will email a return label to the email address associated with the sale.

SHIPPING

Orders usually ship in 1 business day unless otherwise stated in the listing. We ship USPS and UPS. Free shipping is generally by USPS. We do our best to have your item arrive in 2 to 4 business days after the shipping date whenever possible. Larger items, i.e., oversized shipments, may take longer.
