• Assam Behali Estate Black Tea Located between the foothills of the Himalayas and the Brahmaputra river, Behali is in the Sonitpur district of Assam.
• Ceylon, Lovers Leap Estate – Located in the western area of Sri Lanka, in the mountainous region of Nuwara Eliya, the Lover's Leap Estate looks down onto the clouds. The large, black twisted leaves brew to a light amber cup with a forest aroma and a smooth and mellow taste.
• China Golden Monkey – The long, twisted, golden tippy leaves create a floral aroma and a golden amber cup that has a very smooth, brisk flavor.
• Colombian Sweet Wiry Organic – These large, black wiry, slightly tippy leaves come from the mountainous region of Colombia, along the western slope of the Andes. They create a light malty aroma with an amber cup, a smooth taste and delicate fruity notes.
• James Joyce – This delightfully bold blend of teas brews to a golden cup with a malty flavor and a slightly fruity aftertaste. Contains black teas from India, Sri Lanka and Kenya.
• Java Malabar Plantation – These wiry black leaves brew to an amber colored cup with a woodsy aroma. The taste is brisk and flavorful with a delicate maltiness and slight citrus notes.
• Kenya Kangaita FOP – These medium-large sized black leaves brew to a deep amber cup with an oaky, woody aroma. Simpson & Vail, Inc. is an old time tea company and was originally founded as a green coffee merchant in 1904 by Augustus M. Walbridge on Water Street in New York City as Augustus M. Walbridge, Inc. In 1929, Mr. Walbridge sold the business to Mr. Simpson, the accountant, and Mr. Lester Vail, the tea taster. Hence, a great business was born.
