Stylish Home and Gifts has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Excellent Customer Service is our highest priority; we want you to be pleased with your purchase.

We offer free domestic return shipping for unused items in their original packaging within 90 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with tags. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

At your request, damaged items will be refunded or replaced if they are in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. For questions about stock availability, please get in touch with our support team before initiating a return.
In the case of a replacement due to damage, shipping will be free. If you receive a damaged or defective item that is out of stock, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges, if any.

If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 2 days and include a photo of the damage. This helps us process your claim quickly. We will then guide you through the next steps, whether it's a refund or a replacement.

Please allow 4-7 business days for return transit time via USPS or UPS, plus an additional business day upon receipt for return to be processed and a refund issued to your account.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return an item, sign into your account, select Completed Orders, click Return Item(s), fill out the return form, and submit. We're here to make it simple.

If your item was damaged during shipping, email a photo of the damage to customerservice@stylishhomeandgifts.com. We will promptly issue a refund or a replacement. Please share your preference.

If the item is not damaged, please include this information in the return form, and we will email a return label to the email address associated with the sale.
