This set makes easy work of handling, lifting, turning, and cutting homemade pizza pie cooked on the grill or in the oven. These multi-purpose tools provide a restaurant-style solution for serving and transferring pizza, flatbreads, biscuits, and more. - The extra-sharp hand-edged blade is 13" long x 2 5" wide (made of high carbon stainless steel) with a 0.75" thick Acacia wood handle, so it makes quick work of slicing a pizza pie. Polycarbonate edge protector included!
- The oversized peel features a stainless-steel spatula surface with a handsome wooden handle that protects hands from heat and folds down for easy storage. Peel measures 21 inches overall, peel part measures 12 L x 7.75 W inches, Handle 9 inches L.
- Hand wash and towel dry. Apply mineral oil to wood handles every 4-5 washes to preserve wood.
